To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jane Smith Realty, Jane Smith, and affiliated brokerage parties are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the greater of (a) fees you paid us specifically for website-related services in the prior 12 months, or (b) $100.

Indemnity

Governing Law
